>write down your dreams starting now
>write in keywords only, short and precise
>write anything you can remember, if you remember very old dreams
>after waking up, write what happened in the recent dream immediately
Just woke up?
>write/type what you remember
>or record yourself with your phone - write it down later
One trick to not forgetting is to not open your eyes immediately,
Try to remember the dream in bite-sized keywords.
Open only one eye, find your note or phone
Record, write, or type the keywords down.
>read the dreams, old or recent ones
>go back to sleep but try not to sleep
>eyes closed but focused and awake.
>no body movement, no scratching
Be comfortable enough, don't put pillows over your chest.
After a while
>pic related. dark -> light
>hear weird noises similar to a marketplace ambient noise
>feel flushing or floating/rocking
>but suddenly it's total darkness again
>you can feel your body, and hear your surroundings too
You are now in sleep paralysis. Don't panic.
If you've ever been in one, you either proceed to wake up or continue.
>imagine a candle, a flame, a vintage bulb, or lamp.
>light source must come from you.
>congratulations, you did it. a place where you have total control than would dream/reality.
Try to wake up the same way you do when in Post too long. Click here to view the full text.
